Santa Claus is Coming To Town. ( Does He Really Exist? )

Yesterday I was downloading some Christmas songs because of I was asked at work what's gonna be my participation in the Xtmas Festival... actually I didn't know many Xtmas songs in English.. Now I know them.
The point is that Today being at class 1A, we started to Listen to the songs to pick one of them to use it at the Fest.

Suddenly One pupil said: Santa Claus Does NOt exist!!;
other One replied: Of Course He does!

(The whole class got into the discussion. )


Should I had keept Saying that Santa Claus is just a Story?... that He does exist only in our minds, That he is not coming every Xtmas at home as it is supossed he did one time...
Should I say : NO, it's not true , our parents get the Xtmas presents.

How difficult was handled this. From One side :were the kids Who really Know already about Santa story and how Xtmas is done.
From the other side:The kids who Keep in their minds de magic Story about Santa Claus yet, They still Inocents living their childhood as every child does.

Who am I to destroy this magic moment of the year? When some of them are waiting this time the whole year.... when they told me that they had written a letter to Santa Claus Already the past weekend.
What I did was to keept in Silence those ones Who Knows the reallity about all this. for Not to destroy any other belives.
( One day they will know the reallity, while Let Magic Continues )

Here are some stuff they discussed:

Juan Antonio: NO Santa claus it's not true.
Yael: Mr. Mr. Mr. Juan antonio is Saying Santa Claus is a lie.
Mr: yael dont put attention what Juan is saying, Do you believe Santa is true?
Yael: Yes, Mr ... I belive.
Mr: Ok. Yael keep this believe to get some gift from him.

Ivan ( almost crying ): Mr. Mr . Mr tell me Santa Exists!!!
Mr: Ivan Of Course He does !!!
Mr.: How did you get your gift las Xtmas?
Ivan: I had to go to bed early, then when I was asleep Santa Came to home, and left the gifts.
Mr: Yes, Ivan that's how it works. You see He didn't forget you.

Someone Else: Of course Santa exhists... He always Comes when we are asleep and in the mornig the presents are already under the tree. He works the whole year at the south pole.

Ivan: Of course !!! That's why South pole is for. That's why we have South pole in the planet. If it wasn't for that, there is no other reason.





Edgar: Teacher Dont tell lies. Santa is not true, Last year I went to my aunt's house and I saw Mom wrapping the presents.
Mr: Yes Edgar, Santa Had not enough time to do it , Sure he Asked your mom to do. How u think ur momo got the gifts?
Edgar: I don't know.
Mr: It was Santa ... Santa gave them to ur mom.
Edgar: ohhhhhhhhhh !


Many other comments I dont remember came up the whole class.
I just can say : Santa Claus is coming to town!
