a healthier life

I dunno what has happened with me that now in this new year Im looking 4 a healthier life, well I started some months ago, going to the gym , but some days ago I decided to go to GNC to get some * supplements as proteins and aminoacids, I think I need some help to get my goals about muscles.

- Besides to weight lifting, I started to Do spinning, one hour spinnig and one hour weight
lifting.
- I try to drink lees caffeine : I drinking tea instead of coffe
- I've changed my diet : now I eat 4 times a day , more vegetables & fruits, less fat, less carbs
- I change the hours to rest : going to bed at 10pm no matter what, is important to rest wel,l in
other hand I'll waste the work at the gym
- NO cigarrets, I should look 4 something to help me with this, as some nicotine gum
or something like that.
- NO alcohol: I started changing beer 4 wine or whisky.

What comes next (in a month or two (only weekends)) :
- Start to do an outdoor exercise:
* ( could be: basketball, football, I'd prefer Swimming ( i want to know if the olympic pool at the university is done and if I can take some classes there) ).
* I would like to go climbing at the rumosa, climbing is an excellent exercise ( first of all I
need a better car to get there , jejeje)

All this is to get & show a new BODY on spring break vacations.
